My pleasure. Having now seen some of your answers to other questions I would say its a network connection issue not a device issue, as you have multiple devices having the same problem. You could try switching off one of the bands usually 5ghz and just run 2.4ghz see if it makes a difference.

The Fire devices are updated more frequently than most smart TV's & have all the streaming apps.

If you can't sort out the network drop out, using a external media player like a Fire device can be a work around. That has its own network connection, which might be more stable. The Fire TV cube is the best. If you have Prime, you can at least test it and return if no better.

Are the dropouts intermittent or regular? Make a note of the dropout times, see if there is a pattern. Can you reset the TV to factory setting and see if the network connection is more stable. Then allow it to update.

Hi, define a timeline of when the problem started, then remember if anything has changed to the TV or network equipment that might cause this problem. Did it start after the TV update? Does it drop out using 5GHZ & 2.4GHZ, or is one more stable.
