Durga Puja, the favourite festival of Bengali Hindus, fell in October, and was enjoyed. That made the difference for an otherwise lacklustre month for the Hrishipara Diarists. More at www.hrishiparadiaries.com/home/corona-...

September saw Durga Puja, Bengali Hindus' main festival. The Hindus among the Hrishipara Diarists enjoyed it as the chart shows. Income and health featured much less strongly than they usually do. See more at www.hrishiparadailydiaries.com/home/corona-virus

The Hrishipara Diarists found March much better than February. For one thing, Ramadan fell in that time, and several people were pleased to be able to fast properly. Income also improved. More at sites.google.com/site/hriship...

The Hrishipara Diarists have recovered, somewhat, from the Dengue outbreak reported last month, with a quarter of all Diarists reporting improving health. It was not a good month, though, for income. See more at sites.google.com/site/hriship... #financialinclusion #covid19 #poverty
