"Outraged Of Walthamstow" is a pretty good song title... I'm having that one.

Yeesh... I think we all know THAT type of group page. I'd rather chew glass.

I think I did a gig with them once. Royal Standard, Walthamstow, around 1990.

Noisy bunch, not that tuneful. Decent following.

John Peel DEFINITELY played their first EP a couple of times...

'In May' is a masterpiece. Also, I saw them in Cambridge and at the Barbican in the last couple of weeks - they're on fire at the moment, you'll not be disappointed.

No-one in our house puts any kind of butter/marge on anything without saying 'a knob of butter' in a Coogan-esque voice (from I Am Not An Animal).

My wife quotes Partridge all the time, whilst professing to hate AP (she's from Norfolk) - she's just quoting me quoting it!

It was always too good to last. At least we had a decent fortnight.

"The ‘great spotted’, the ‘lesser spotted’ and the ‘green’ are species of what bird that’s resident in the British Isles and is noted for probing for insects in tree bark?"

"That's a matter for the relevant authorities, and I find your instance on persisting with this line of questioning odd".

"What military disaster of 1854 was commanded by James Brudenell, the 7th Earl of Cardigan?"

"Not telling".

"What name is given to a parallelogram where all four sides are of equal length but do not meet at right angles?"

"You tell me..."

I suppose it's a game of two halves - all results are possible.

That said, I suspect it's only going to end one way.

There's nothing controversial about it - your favourite is your favourite, taste is subjective - that's the joy of it. 1.Outside is genius though.

Absolutely, or at the very least introduce us to the fun, as he did so eloquently and succinctly in his recent interview.

Looking forward to him coming on the show and speaking so openly and effusively about his work (coughs) AHEM

Delivering leaflets is perfectly legal, as far as I'm aware.

No you're not. If you haven't given something the time and courtesy of watching it, you don't have an opinion. I've never seen Big Brother - I assume I'll hate it, that's why I've never watched it, but that's only based on assumption. You assume you don't like it, you don't know that.
