We should implement sanctions on Israel with immediate effect. We have both a moral and legal obligation to do so under international law. We should use whatever power we have to influence the US to do the same and if they won't, place sanctions on them as well.

Must be difficult for decent Americans to see their government driving things into the ground, to be at odds with the rest of the world over peace solutions. Probably worst of all, seeing their prices going up and people losing their jobs while Trump 'teaches the rest of the world a lesson.'

Donald Trump could have made a deal. He 'could have solved this, giving away very little land'. If Russia was fighting the US would he 'give away' a small state? Perhaps the Hawaiian Islands or perhaps Connecticut? I wonder how Americans would feel about that?
