The whole weekend was an absolute blast, and this segment was just 2 hours of the whole 48 hour livestream!

On top of all of that we utilised our existing infrastructure that allows viewers to donate in order to directly affect the games being played on stream!

From health potions and Steves (Minecraft Movie) pickaxe to Meteors and inverting controls! Even muting a teams VC!

Whilst our teams streamed their perspectives live to their own Twitch channels, we streamed a live commentated perspective of both teams to our own channel.

We created the persona of Race Rivers, the worlds best and only River Race commentator who guided our viewers.

Villager Hunt - Seen elsewhere before but new to us, pretend to be your best villager whilst trying to find the other disguised players!

Speed Carb Golf - Classic LoveTropics Crab Golf but in a new speed micro-game, where both teams complete three golf holes in the fewest hits!

Connect Four - This one is what it says on the tin, a simple game of get four of your colour next to each other in a vertical, horizontal or diagonal line!

Paint Party - Paint the map with as much of your colour block as you can. With paintballs and powerups it's chaos!

A quick run down of a few of my favourite minigames that we built:

Crafting Bee - Spreading ingredients for 7 items across the entire team who have to work together to craft all the items without the recipe book!

As a part of River Race we built 13, yes 13, brand new to LoveTropics micro-games. As a small team working in our limited spare time this was an amazing feat, building all these games, with individual maps and the main River Race game in just over a months time!

A personal highlight from this year was our work on our new game, River Race. Two teams of incredible Minecraft creators battling it out in a series of trivia questions, dangerous caves and minigames.

This was a big project for us but I'm so happy with how it came out!
