You're spot on. I only cycle in London and on campus, for short trips to keep out of the underground. Btw, the air quality is much better, but more needs doing especially with the white van fleet

Their incompetence is clear. If the voters of Glenfield and Groby are happy with their councillors, then it's time to show them up more clearly. The proposed union of city and shire doesn't help.
