So January 11th 99.4Kg. Sight reset after a slump at Christmas but 2026 is the year in changing. Fitness and health.
I'm not going to be going for full 6pack and bronze Adonis. Think more Chriss Pratt than Hemsworth.

It's warm jumper day currently.
I have said to myself it's workout this evening and then kick this year off properly. Weigh in and progress tracking weekly.

So this was the result of this mornings work out. Still not sure I've mastered all the bits but I'm alive and 30 mins was good. Need to with on my abs!

So 23 years ago this weekend as a young and impressionable 19 year old I moved to Glasgow initially for uni then to work.
