A 50 year mortgage means you will always pay only interest. Purchase house at 30, add 50 you are now 80 with SS, hopefully, and maybe a pension! Utterly absurd!

I have red, orange and yellow. Where I live is too cold so they are an annual, for me, and I plant plants, from a greenhouse, rather than seeds. They love the sun!!!! They make me happy! Good luck for next season.

I do!! Every year. My kids pick the flowers and leaves weekly to use in their restaurant. Makes plating presentation happy! Totally edible plant!
