When I worked for a large community organisation in Newcastle in the 80’s, our sickness levels always jumped the day of and after an away game.

This year ITV turns 70. I miss the ITV I grew up with: a network of local TV stations with their own identities. So, from Anglia to Thames, here’s my tribute to regional ITV and its jingles.
