As far as I know, there are 2 options to transfer saved games (from the default save path) from Android device to a PC.
The 1rst option is to set up ScummVM's Cloud synching feature.
The 2nd option is to set up the ScummVM LAN server.
You won't really need ScummVM's file browser for either of these.

The default path is inside ScummVM's internal app storage, under a subfolder named "saves".
You can access this folder if you navigate to the top level (using the "Go up" button) with the ScummVM file browser, then click on the "ScummVM data (Internal)" shortcut, and then on the "saves" folder.

It still seems like it applies some kind of filter on it. Are you testing with the latest ScummVM version (2.9.1)?
