Pourquoi ? Certaines alertes, pourtant claires et précises, sont toujours ignorées ou minimisées ? / Déjà Vaclav Havel, en 2008, avertissait des risques, surement l’un des rares leaders européens à comprendre vraiment et profondément la nature autoritaire de Poutine.
