They have many very expensive gpu classes of servers and the hackers will run up as many instances as your credit card can handle when they get root creds. Or any creds, if you have access to start instances.

Root credentials for org member accounts: IIRC you can’t add mfa without setting the creds? Otherwise you are one “forgot password” email away from someone setting the creds and running up a $30k bitcoin mining bill? That was my concern…

A bit like Aces of the Pacific, game was late, nothing worked - all missions started in the air as if you got too close to the ground physics failed. some new dev starts, ignores the bugs and writes a thing to make the POV follow the enemy plane when something cool happened. Made it a hit

Yes.

When visiting friends ask where to go for a drink in my city, my first recommendations are usually bars that have been closed for 5+ years. "Where are you staying?, such and such is great, at least it was in 2007"

Actually this one is rather good. I don’t think there actually is a company called Neco that makes biodegradable nappies, but if anyone who does is interested, I’m happy to supply a quote and will even throw in some stink lines for free.

Welcome and good luck! You found all the 43 Bluesky users in Melbourne lol. IMHO best coffee in the city is at Traveller or maybe Patricias.

I suspect there’s a lot of other things that they will discover along the way about government service delivery that they are unaware of at the moment.
