If you're looking for more urban hike paths, the crosstown trail is a great place to start. Even if you don't have the time/motivation to do it all, most portions of it are great recs for shorter hikes.

It makes me sad it's being called "hated" by any publication. The critical reviews were objectively mostly positive, and self-selected "film fans" give it a solid score on Letterboxd.

Seems like the most negative objective description one could have is "divisive", and even that's a stretch.
