Still waiting for Victoria Legrand to come out, but she gives me the same vibes as Megara from Disney’s Hercules. Which… there is no heterosexual explanation for Disney’s Megara. She’s at least bi and you can’t tell me otherwise.

Another good (not perfect) pairing I found was Mark Danielewski’s “House of Leaves” and The Caretaker’s “Everywhere at the End of Time”. Both give an air of subtle confusion that builds over a long time.
