Sadly I am unable to draw anything at the moment thaks to problems with my thumb, so I am sharing all the maid art I am finding in my folders.

The place doesnt need to be physical. You could try to write down somewhere, no one else can see it, for example.
Its not easy to find a way, but its worth a try to find a way for you to safely explore and maybe even let you feel a bet of your emotions.

Maybe it would be a good idea to look for a safe time and space, where you can take thing thing at a time and let you just feel without judging yourself.
