From my Ph.D. - a publication that introduces an Allee-effect-based distributed algorithm for microbial whole-cell sensors. The new algorithm provides a theoretical framework to coordinate a group of a cells to act as a sensor, instead of the current individual cell approach.

Just worked on a new statistical test for mental health data on the Boston Precision Brain and Mental Health Hack 2025. The main motivation in creating statistical tests that quantify randomness more robust to missing data points.
