No business can survive that, bankruptcy.
No cuts will be well received. An ex players charity. Can they run as a charity and have fund raisers? Many pensioners in UK have failed to save for their retirement. Are other clubs picking up the tab?

He's given the club £300m on his first day. Large part being spent on Carrington to improve performance. (Glazers never spent a penny).
He's conducted a review. The business is losing £100m+ pa.
