I am not quite sure. I used "Raphire/Win11Debloat" It has been working well for me.
By default it removes copilot, telemetry, and other AI stuff from Edge. Which has been safe for me to remove so far.
Just don't try to remove super important stuff, like Edge. Since so much stuff depends on it.

There are "debloater" scripts for windows 11.
