I think I might be wrong since I think light trucks are grouped with cars for this, and even an F350 is considered a light truck. But I don't care enough to dig more into it.

I agree with your dumb as rocks assessment, so I'm not sure there is an actual reason, but aren't fuel economy standards different for trucks?

I make that cranberry nut bars every year. They freeze really well and are sturdy enough for a cookie exchange. Sorry for the terrible quality, but I guess that proves it's a tested recipe.
