Had to compare my progress since June. Same shirt but WOW did I get leaner. I’m also very proud of the fact that I can maintain that muscle mass even while dropping 15 pounds in that time frame.

Progress update, haven’t weighed myself since the last time I mentioned it but I’m seeing progress in the chest, traps and front delts from focusing on them. I think further work on the upper chest will make me look thiccc
