I think Americans are beginning to understand the concept of universal healthcare (UHC).
When they had no experience with it, it was Communism.
With the ACA subsidies they got a taste. Now that the subsidies are being removed they have something to compare to and can see the value of UHC.

If you are a permanent resident of the United States and pay taxes, etc. why shouldn't you be able to vote?

if SCOTUS uses the "Major Questions Doctrine" to limit the EPA why wouldn't the same argument apply to Secretaries of State?
Is it because they were confirmed by the Senate? Does that grant "clear congressional authority" to do whatever they want?
