Yeah, the Kingdom Hearts/Tom and Jerry crossover stuff was not a one-time thing. LOL
Featuring Tuffy and Tyke this time 'cause I haven't yet drawn a dog character from this franchise, and I think he and Tuffy make a fun duo.

Tuffy and Tyke dressed up in Kingdom Hearts-themed apparel. Whereas my previous piece involving the same for Tom and Jerry implied they changed into casualwear before adventuring, the clothes Tuffy and Tyke wear are more explicitly Twilight Town brands, having invested in new apparel after rushing away from their Heartless-infested home, much like with Disney Castle in Kingdom Hearts 2. Tuffy's clothes take heavily from his Robin Hood outfits in the mobile game, Tom and Jerry Chase, giving off a pseudo-boy scout vibe. Being a musketeer-in-training, he wields his trusty rapier and supplements it with magic, having picked up some of his uncle's tactics. Meanwhile, Tyke wears bulkier, layered clothing, aptly of Twilight Town's Dog Street brand. Being a town guard-in-training to follow in his father's footsteps, Tyke wields tonfa to serve as his friends' insurmountable shield. Tuffy and Tyke may only be trainees thrust into dangerous circumstances, but they have great prospects and, with the right support, will flourish as fully-fledged protectors of the light. Everything mentioned in the other image's alt text applies here. They just have plaid now, as KH3 absolutely loved sprinkling this into the new character designs.

After two weeks of juggling all sorts of different things, I finally cobbled up a new drawing. I've been rotting over Tom and Jerry, so I figured why not combine it with my other childhood rot, Kingdom Hearts? It was a pain figuring everything out, but it was certainly worth it LOL

Tom and Jerry dressed up in clothing inspired by Kingdom Hearts apparel. Jerry takes subtle cues from the resident mage, Donald Duck, to form a vaguely mystical vibe to his KH3-inspired ensemble. His weapon is the magic ring from the movie of the same name. It grants him a plethora of offenses and utility, making him the perfect red mage. Meanwhile, Tom has more of a typical "street punk" vibe to him. Far simpler and more aerodynamic, it better befits his varied approach to combat, weaving in and out of close quarters. With no discernable or unique preference for weapon types throughout the series, Tom's loadout consists of a hammer in one hand and a laser gun in the other. Everything mentioned in the other image's alt text applies here. They just have plaid now, as KH3 absolutely loved sprinkling this into the new character designs.

Wanted to work on something simple. Jerry's had some real cute accessories over the years, especially his bowtie from '75. Really suited his goofy nature, so I made a cute little sketch of him rocking old duds. Gonna do the same with Tom eventually, too. 👌
