the issue SHOULD fix itself after you verify with your bank but sometimes it persists. sometimes you need to open a new browser, sometimes it just hates everything and doesnt want to work, sometimes you have to wait a day.

but contact your bank first and check

If your credit card / debit card is enrolled in anything like anti theft, protection it will block BUT ALSO

IF YOU ARE NOT enrolled in things such as VISA 3D

You CAN check if your card is eligible on the payment screen by clicking "overseas card authentication info 3D"

its annoying as fuck and even if you verified through a code, or tried it again it might pop up again and again

this is most likely your bank blocking it.

you will most likely have to verify through your app that its you or contact your bank and let them know it IS you

heres where problems start:

9: If your payment goes through the congrats a page like this will pop up and you're good to go!

8. CONFIRMATION PAGE! It will pop up and from there just hit PAY

7. ANOTHER pop up will come up on your screen, youll probably get asked a few things

example: your bank will ask you to verify its you - verify

6: Payment Screen: this is what people seem to be the most confused about.
in the CARD # section, it LOOKS like its asking for 12 digits and then the security code.

IT IS NOT THE SECURITY CODE YOU INPUT IN THE HIGHLIGHTED SECTION : its the last 4 digits of your card #

5.1: please note it is NOT an option to use p4yp4l the way you normally would. If you are using p4yp4l you NEED TO HAVE a p4yp4l DEBIT CARD. you can request one through the p4yp4l app.

p4yp4l debit cards are labeled under Mastercard so if you're using that use the MC option.

5: this is the payment screen, and where most people get a bit confused.

it doesnt immediately show mastercard or visa and it WILL NOT show p4yp4l.

How to find MC and Visa is to click on the drop down menu of "other card" and scroll until you find it.

4: confirm everything is correct! and then check the boxes below to confirm that you agree with everything then move on to payment -->

A pop up window will open and it will show you a calendar. The date doesn't mean anything. It's just how the website is set up. click on the available date which in this case is the 31st, the time, and select the quantity.
