so real!! it seems like there’s just tons of minor viral and bacterial things my body normally would take care of before I even notice, but now it’s like a constant onslaught of ‘minor’ issues & they ARE a big deal to quality of life when they are CONSTANT lmao 🫠

i feel this!! for me I believe it’s endo messing with my immune system, but it’s creating similar issues and ofc when I bring it up at the doctor they’re like “Well canker sores aren’t really a big deal, don’t worry!” 🥲
