This is a deeply dumb question, why didn't law enforcement just know the future of what existed and go after evidence that was unknown.

I hate when people say "health sector" when it's actually "medical sector" and really just nursing jobs. Just say what it is. No one is hiring epis or chw, or policy people, it's front line medical providers not "health sector" as a whole.
