Fascism, the word is fascism and it’s dawning upon the US

One of the few places in America where you can have friends
September 19, 2025 at 1:49 PM
You sound American, a culture where people don’t have friends and are isolated because everyone lives massively apart due to cars and car centric infrastructure

Maluma con sus pintas debería tener cuidado si va al salvador que le caen 20 años sin juicio

Americans, please don’t fall for the useless centrist again, that’s how you end up with fascist in the end, you need someone capable of enacting change, AOC’s ticket will probably be the one, when people suffer and see no way out they get angry and turn to populism, corporate dems don’t win

Hey Hank, I understood when you where talking about it in dhaj that the pro version of the app would only be about skins and stuff but I’m trying to set up the app and it tells me if I want to block apps I need the pro version! Am I doing something wrong?

Creo que tenéis que organizar la "toma del Retiro". Lo digo en serio, una manera de movilizar a los madrileños por algo común y de demostrar que los ciudadanos tienen más poder del que creen.

Over its lifetime nuclear is still the most expensive, gas sets the marginal price in Europe cause the costs of developing the nuclear plants are not baked in cause they were all developed by states with public money, that’s why in France EDF is a national company
June 23, 2025 at 7:44 AM
The nuclear lobby is very deliberately targeting young males, if you look into data about who supports nuclear power you will see the numbers are incredibly tilted. Pseudo scientific arguments and “facts over feelings” arguments go a long way with that demographic and they are the least risk averse.
June 23, 2025 at 7:13 AM
I mean that you cannot load follow with nuclear, not really, yeah you can use the same storage devices that for renewables but then just build renewables that are much much cheaper and do not create any nuclear waste!! Regarding inertia, yea you are right, hydro can provide that tho.
June 23, 2025 at 7:08 AM
Yeah but setting a nuclear program is key for the development of nuclear weapons, basically all countries that have nuclear power have it because they want or wanted nukes, nuclear makes absolutely no economic sense beyond that element.
June 23, 2025 at 7:04 AM
The french only do it cause they have a massively nuclear dependant grid, but it is not efficient at all to load follow with nuclear. Nuclear wants to be steady. I don’t know why you say your fossil fuel assets, I believe we should go all in into renewables, batteries and better interconnected grids
June 23, 2025 at 6:58 AM
Ahm, this is an in depth analysis showing that throughout its lifetime nuclear is the most expensive energy source, (which it is) please point to sources that say otherwise, coal is awful I said nothing about coal, nuclear waste is an unsolved problem whether you like it or not…
June 23, 2025 at 6:48 AM
What is? Nuclear is by far the most expensive energy source, fact, www.lazard.com/media/xemfey... it is not variable, also fact and it creates nuclear waste, also fact. Please prove me otherwise if you can, I’d be happy to read some data disproving my points, I doubt you can find any tho

Those are two different things, nuclear is constant yeah but in order to stabilise the grid you need variability not a baseload capacity, nuclear currently depends on combined cycle plants (gas) or hydro to do that, which you could do with renewables. Governments want nuclear cause they want nukes
June 22, 2025 at 9:09 PM
Neither of those statements is true, nuclear is expensive as hell, source: www.lazard.com/media/xemfey...
Also, nuclear is not variable and cannot stabilise the grid, its constant not variable, you need either pumped hydro (which exists as a technology because of nuclear not being variable) or gas

If you think only carbon, nuclear waste is a whole different story, on the other hand nuclear energy is the most expensive source of energy by far, takes forever to build and does not help stabilise the grid as it’s not adaptable, we’re better off with renewables more interconnections and batteries

Because the entire media establishment pushed HARD for hilary and against Bernie cause God for id someone angers the oligarchs…
