The wheels have completely come off at this point. Penalty with under 3 to go while down 1, you kill it… and then you immediately take another??? That, to me, is a sign that Arniel is losing control. This isn’t a skid, this is a full blown collapse.

Would love someone with a bit more expertise than me to give their thoughts on where the court is leaning here. I mean the EO is just so patently a violation of the constitution, and the 14th is so explicit, that they’d have to twist themselves in knots — but that hasn’t stopped them before.

Such a good article. A new agreement is needed. A salary cap makes a ton of sense, but the number 1 thing absolutely must be to make sure that the 2027 starts when it’s scheduled to.
