It's really difficult to shoot the Aurora when the moon is big. However I shot these in the early hours of this morning when it was cloudy and bright , on this occasion they definitely were a bonus.

Throwback to the early hours of the 12th of August this year. I had been out shooting the Aurora and as that faded and the sun started its rise I watched as Jupiter, Mars and the Pleiades were setting in the East.
