Using the weekend to "catch up" just steals energy from next Monday.

A tired brain makes bad decisions that a rested brain has to fix.

The most productive thing you can do right now is define what "Done" looks like, hit it, and physically close the laptop.

See you Thursday.

The dangerous lie: "If I work late tonight, I'll be caught up tomorrow."

You won't.
The work is infinite. Your time is finite.

You don't need more energy. You need a better filter.

Next Thursday, we tackle 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱.
Today?Just close the tabs you aren't using.

I was posting deep dives on Mondays. Data says that's dumb. You're too busy surviving.

The hardest part of a back-to-back meeting day isn't the meetings themselves. It's the "Recovery Tax."

It takes me about 20 minutes to get my brain back online after a pointless Zoom call. If you have a meeting every hour, you aren't working. You're just buffering.

We all have heard this before: "I had 7 meetings yesterday and got nothing done."
Turns out the average pro sits through 62 meetings/month (71% unproductive).
Here's the async-first system that's helping teams reclaim 50-70% of that time:
