Yep, started taking it this year due to general anxiety. I don’t have full on panic attacks, so can’t speak to that, but it’s help with the physical symptoms (chest tightness, etc.). No observed side effects, although it felt weird at first when I expected to “feel” the anxiety and didn’t.
