Rainy camping means the tent must feel like home and hot food when the sun comes peeking out.

Update: had a brainstorm fishing this morning. Ladder has been installed and we went with more is more and just put it all up in the yard for this beautiful Easter day. The rescue kitties are loving it and the little birdies are safe to fly about as they please.

This is the latest catico setup for the rescue kitties. We haven't had any takers going down the long drop yet, just up, but I'm waiting for Adventure Kitty to get going. He hasn't had the zoomies yet today.

Just went for an early morning walk and beat the hail home by about 39 seconds. That kind of timing has been happening my whole life, and still, it never fails to make me feel like I'm connected to whatever it is you want to call the common thread of the universe

Southern Indiana has achieved daffodils. Spring weather is upon us. May be time to learn/refresh what the barometer readings mean, so I can be the local someone could ask for a reasonable forecast at the trailhead.
