I think it's the case that Trumps team used ChatGPT for advice on what to do with Tariffs. I asked the same LLM to tell me what the % is for US Trade deficit v to total trade with Russia. Here's the answer. I'd like an answer on why RU wasn't hit with a 35.7% Tariff.

As someone who once found Elon’s vision and approach to product development and manufacturing deeply inspiring, this image really hits home. What happened to him? He was always eccentric, but also rational and focused. Now, he’s become someone who poses a clear and present danger.
