Somehow the only person who consistently used Twitter Spaces was the author of I Think My Son is Gay who I followed to get a sense of how far behind the translators were and to be an ally or something. So the notification I couldn't get rid of was only telling me about Japanese voice chats.

I still can't believe I had to put up with a diy radio call-in show feature being added to Twitter where the notification could not be dismissed as long as someone I follow is in a voice call and also I could only listen on my phone which I usually keep media muted with no headphones on hand

I like the José Feliciano version but the one I keep in my mind is the more mariachi version where you can hear how bunched up the singer's face is from smiling so hard, he is barely suppressing laughter, he is just the happiest anyone has been in history.

As a kid I always loved Feliz Navidad because I didn't hear it until it was playing on public radio on the way home from Christmas Eve mass and then on playlists at my relatives' houses on Christmas day. It meant that it wasn't just holiday season anymore, Christmas is now, it's go time.

Whenever I see that title I think "Oh, I've seen that Twilight Zone episode. It's the one where the guy getting hanged escapes to go have a picnic but I thought it was from a bridge not a rock."

I do appreciate that the spirit of this being marketed as a vehicle made from internet metaphors lives on when you describe the intake manifold as "a series of tubes"

Sorry to be a pedant but I noticed you keep erroneously referring to this as a Nissan Cube or a car when you should be taking every opportunity to call it The Nissan Cube Mobile Device or a Mobile Device.

Contracting garbage pickup with a Phoenix, Arizona company is a big mistake for New England towns because instead of having to drive my recycling to the dump every week I should be dumping it on the CEO's front lawn.
