Don't get me wrong I enjoy seeing things come together with wild ass plots, but then something like Mortal Kombat comes around and I'm wondering why there's 4 Supermans.

There should be some unspoken crossover rules, I'll start: either make sure the IPs go together, or make an effort to pair them.

You could argue the company's name doesn't need to get repeated because 'Nintendo' was being used to refer to all video games at that point.

The plot revolves around people being very good at Nintendo games, and the climax being a SMB 3 tournament is enough of a blatant ad.

Phenomenal movie! Would recommend to everyone
