I don’t often get weekends off these days cuz… life. But I took the weekend to dedicate time in the studio to play around, make a mess and try something new. 20 years of doing this and I’m just now starting to ask myself, “what IS a doll?”

With my non self portrait - self portrait - sculpture,”I Desire the Things Which Will Destroy Me In The End.” This piece is wrecking everybody’s good time at Artisans in the Loop, Saint Louis, through April 13.

Join us on March 8 from 5-9 pm at Artisans In The Loop (UCity, MO) for the SLLAG exhibit "The Female Gaze." This is a juried showcase of self-portraits from our St. Louis Lady's Art Guild members. My piece, "I Desire the Things That Will
Destroy Me In The End" will be displayed in the
showcase.

I am delighted to share that the band Koshari is using footage of my doll making process for their new video: “I AM LIFE.” Koshari hails from Washington DC and has been described as “My Bloody Valentine and Beach House, with a bit of aggression and heaviness.”
