2/2 Full disclosure: This is something I've yet to master, and I'm new to this type of platform, so nieve to how conversations evolve here.

1/2 I think you make a valid point, on an individual level protecting yourself from the negativity is essential, but I think we can approach polarity with a more passive engagement, triggering is optional from a wider perspective. Why does someone hold a certain view? What's driving that?

I’ve only read One Mind, but it was transformative for me, one of the most important reads of the last couple of years, and a book I’ve often recommended. Comprehensive in its rational, approachable explorations of everything you should know about the potential of the mind and its non-local nature.

Or by friends not being able to bridge the distance. The full morality spectrum belongs to humanity. We don't elevate those a distance away by cutting them off, we do so by shining a light on a better way of living, forever engaging, preserving middle ground. We have to see an option to consider it.
