Woof, this has been a rough week. Partner was admitted on Wednesday evening because his blood cultures came back positive. He is being treated for a blood infection now, and need many tests to make sure his heart isn’t infected
In the ER with my partner tonight. Not the best way to spend our night off 😪
Hoping he sees a doctor soon and gets his pain under control 🤞🏻

The werewolves of Ossory (a medieval Irish kingdom) are referenced in many Irish, English, and Norse texts. Their sins caused God to transform them into wolves. However, they were still Christian; a priest was once brought to perform last rites for a dying female werewolf.

In tales of fiery Pele, she quarreled with her sister Nāmaka, a water spirit; Pele would hurl fire, and Nāmaka would put it out. Over time, enough fire was hardened into stone, and in this version of the tale, the Hawaiian Islands were born. #WyrdWednesday
