Oops! Ah well, had a bit of naughty food weekend last one. Not as much as I perhaps expected and I am still feeling great about the size loss and improved fitness. No weigh in next week as we’re off to Oslo!

Didn’t post last week as I’d maintained. This week (and it’s a day early) I lost 0.7kg.
Definitely feel like it’s slowed in the past few weeks but I’m still doing the right things (while enjoying myself!) and I’m still shrinking so that’s good!

New Mills at the top end of Derbyshire. I drove the extent of the A6 in the county, from Kegworth in the south to New Mills in the north west corner! A great drive and a beautiful day for it. Keep tuned for the driving video!
