At a potluck Thanksgiving with my former in-laws, a cousin brought a homemade pie of their own invention. It was pumpkin *cranberry*. In which the cranberries had not been prepared or sweetened in any way and simply dumped into the pumpkin custard before baking. It was, uh, not a success.

This is one of the most baffling things to me about Frey-loyalist voters: if crime is really the major concern, and the perception is that the situation is getting worse (or not improving), why would they want to keep the guy who's been in charge for years? (I know, it's the media environment. Ick.)

I have never been Team Frey, but he lost me completely in 2020 and hasn't done anything since to redeem himself. He's had 8 years! I truly don't understand how anyone paying even cursory attention to Mpls issues can think his continued "leadership" is good for the city. 🤷‍♀️
