All of a sudden I feel a lot older. Yikes.

Today I spent the day baking and away from social media. I baked a cheesecake, pecan pie, and cornbread, all from scratch. I also made cranberry sauce from scratch, don’t you dare buy the can. Also made caramel, blueberry and raspberry sauce for the cheesecake. Tomorrow I’ll make whipped cream.

I retired last year and I’m finally able to spend quality time with my dogs. I've learned that I prefer animals over humans ✌️🏻
