Reality TV show idea: Billionaires are illegal and the clock is racing for them to give away enough of their fortunes to not be executed.

It doesn’t have to be merciless…. Give them all a 6 months to give away enough of their money to simply be millionaires (and institute bi-annual check-ins to make sure they haven’t increased their wealth).
