Ooo then you should consider adding coffee/espresso grinds to the mix, if you wanna add some acid to your soil! I always added the shells/peels/ etc to my compost bin, and I shit you not, that soil was so nutrient packed that I found radishes growing in there from tiny tops I had thrown in randomly
