Anything by evanescence will cause wailing and gnashing of teeth from me. My kid was mad at me the other day and turned on one of their stupid songs then called me on the phone with that god forsaken song playing in the background. I refuse to answer any more calls. They can text from now on

We say “Bethany” in our house instead. And we match volume with the sneeze. So if you’re a loud sneezer in my house, you’re going to get “BETHANY” screamed at you

The other day I found an old phone box in the junk drawer. I no longer have the phone so I figured I could throw the box away. I did not. It’s still in the drawer because I might need it.
