The Nraas mod for Sims 3 has the option of increasing it or decreasing it so there must be a percentage. 🤔

I have way more alien babies in Sims 3. I wonder if the chances are higher than in Sims 4. I remember when Get to Work came out everyone's sims were getting abducted and pregnant and they freaked out about it.

That is odd. I couldn't find anything on traits or if the number of abductions increase it but I've had sims abducted several times and have no clue why they chose them. For my Occult Legacy I had to have an alien baby for heir and it was so frustrating trying to get him abducted!

I don't remember if traits do anything for them in Sims 3 but in Sims 4 they don't. If they have high logic skill they can search for the truth in the observatory. Knowing an alien is another one. Being in the science career pretty much guarantees it especially with the satellite dish.
