Just beat Siege of Dragonspear, was actually pretty fun; encounters felt epic and the story was'nt as bad as some folks online said it was. I found the kitbashed elements from the other infinity engine games to be quite cute and there are still a number of new things, dungeons items and enemies.

Between the new conference this morning and many other speeches... how can you look at the US President and not see a man in cognitive decline? Calling DC infested with crime when its hitting 20+ year lows; on top of not understanding numbers. I wouldn't trust him to drive a car let alone a nation.

Watching the reboot of King of the Hill is both hitting a bit too close to home as well as making me wish Texas had changed as much as they said it has.

Beat Kingdom Come 2 this weekend and boy is it an improvement on the first game, much less jank, interesting story and characters I actually cared about. I thought Avowed would blow it out of the water but the opposite was true. Cant wait to see what Warhorse studio does next. Rosa best girl!

Ended up watching Chronicles of Riddick after a long day of working late into the night this week and it hit an almost perfect balance of dumb and interesting. Conan in space I heard it described and it fits, a kinda dumb character going through interesting environments with fun action.

Game came out Tuesday and Im already 69 hours in. Being a History and RPG nerd this is really pushing my buttons to the point I have been neglecting my movie and book backlog and my apartment is a mess. It also helps that its really optomized and I can leave it on when I take a shower and stuff.

Beat Flintlock this weekend, I had avoided it due to some reviews at launch but decided to it to pick up during a sale. A shorter game (~20 hours) but was an interesting twist on the Souls Formula. Loved the setting with gunpowder and magic, solid story and fun gameplay, great long weekend game.

Spoilers but I noticed new stuff in my Rewatch of the Thing today as I am working from home in a snowstorm. I mostly noticed social aspects. Since Windows sticks up for MacReady the most, hes the one that MacReady trusts back. Gary is the commander of the outpost but seems to kinda crack early.

Its funny playing a super new game and an old classic one back to back. I can google "Anya Mouthwashing art" and get pages and pages of stuff Do the same thing for "Victoria Thief art" and there is barely a row and a half of results.
