There are days when the ache is physically painful. Thought it was me overthinking over reacting but researching it, I find that it's actually a thing.. Saturday's were out thing if you were home from Germany & you were awake. Wander around second hand shops, coffee sandwiches, home to mine. 💔💔

I am currently struggling with my MH and the fact that a hereditary disease is causing teeth to fall out and I feel horrendous and ugly. Trying to find an NHS dentist taking on new patients is like ridiculous.

Dear brain, what the ever loving fuck was that all about? Cosied up with Mr Brown (see pic) when there was a slam which shook the windows. After I tried to settle back down, you decided that the old nightmare of being left all on my own was a good one to replay. Think 28 days later, less zombies.
