Last thing I want to say and you to remember is that you can always poke me when someone's gnawing on your mind. Sometimes I may be a little more distanced, cuz I also have my own challenges but I'll never shoo you away. Similar with the rest of our siblings 🤍

As you know, I'm diagnosed with both ASD and ADHD and sure sometimes I get jealous of neurotypicals by how seemingly easy they have it in comparison.

Even then I don't fight it, I can't change everything about how my brain works and there's no point in hating that, I accepted it and I try to go on

If you struggle with how it works and how you function it's a good moment to resume the therapy, with a goal of learning about yourself in mind the sessions should look better than previously.

Aside from that you can get diagnosed and confirmed whether it's ASD or something else

Brother. Fact of having ASD is not an end of the world, it can suck but it's nothing wrong with it.

Your brain is just wired differently and works unlike neurotypical, and it's fine.

There's a reason it's called neurodivergence, you're not broken, just different and it's okay

It id okay to draw as far as you can and not think you need to overdo yourself out of fear people won't like the result.
