Haven’t had a true “snow day” in a while. Our agency normally makes us work virtually when schools close but not today.

Made Ottolenghi's Curried Lentil Tomato and Coconut Soup on this cold Texas night and it is totally perfect. I have nowhere to share my cooking anymore but I like documenting for myself, too.
I've made 3 new recipes the last 3 weeks and I'm proud of myself. Hadn't cooked in months due to depression.

I will always be so proud that I got to march by her side.
