So far, the supplies used: vellum (I already owned it from my interior design degree and it wasn't getting used), scissors, painters tape, Prismacolor colored pencils (for my initial sketching and the green spots), and sharpie.

Is the main difference between Flanders and Bobbin lace just the number of bobbins used?
