It isn't easy when the signs of your age start slipping by. Went to look up a song from my teenage years, one that I loved and considered part of my "personal soundtrack," only to learn that 2 of the 3 band members had already passed. I wish I'd been able to tell them what their music meant to me.

Like many others, I've canceled my Disney+ and Hulu accounts. Any company that willing to roll over at the first hint of an assault on the First Amendment doesn't deserve a dime from me, or anyone else.

I don't know what's been going on with Steam lately, but every submission for review has taken *ages*. We had to resubmit (again) but with only one issue I'm hoping the game is ready by Monday or Tuesday for release. I'm just not *counting* on it.

I should be *slightly* better about checking this shit than I am, but I'd always compared Xitter to trying to drink from a fire hose, and Bluesky doesn't feel that much different.

I've not been active on here much. In part, because I've been in the midst of a move and a lot of other major life changes, and those have had a lot of my attention. But also because everything just feels so fucking *bleak*...
